Memorable place : Charles fort,Cork

Sunny weekend, we started our trip towards Cork . It was a very beautiful place , we met few of our friends in wild animals sanctuary ;-). Then headed towards

Kinsale, Ireland: Charles Fort

I should really speak about this fort since this made few of us in our crew to have a special moments encarved in our heart....The view of fort makes you to go back to the history and makes you feel the queen owned the place.
there is a big wooden gate at the entrance which welcomes you by opening its broad hands and with a cold welcome instead of warm welcome since the back of the fort was fully surrounded by water ....
This fort is quite big and there is a map which is printed on the floor at the centre of the fort with the directions.
Our group started moving all parts of the fort and the most attractive part of the fort is to walk on the walls and enjoy the nature.... After getting tired of capturing our snaps with beautiful scenaries behind; found little time to move on to the different parts of the fort.myself and my friend started moving into different direction and reached the end of the first floor... Mean while, the guide started ringing the bell which she had in her hand and gave  alarm to us to leave as it was already 6 PM which is the closing time of the fort. We two started moving down the stairs where we could find few of our people were still in the process of taking pictures with different poses . We spent almost 15 minutes there and finally decided to walk out, alas!!! The door is closed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We started banging the door... we were around 8-10 people got stuck inside the open fort .The door system was really different, one door is locked inside and the door is locked outside. Our team was waiting outside in the bus to return to our hostel. Fortunately one of our team noticed a lady leaving in a car, stopped her and explained about our situation. By this time,Two guys out of 10 who got stucked climbed to the walls and started signaling them.Unfortunatley that lady did not have the key with her but she called up the fellow  who has key and left long back from the fort. Finally by god's grace,we all came out of the fort with flying colours with a pride of great achievement :)

Moral : If you get stuck in fort or any place , better to get stuck in a group ;-)
